CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel an existing appointment, I will always be willing to reschedule at a more convenient mutually agreed time, as a first response.
If that is not possible, then like most professional therapists, I have a Cancellation Policy according to how close the cancellation is to the original appointment.
If you cancel more than 7 days before the appointment, there is no charge.
If you cancel between 2 and 7 days before the appointment, then client pays 50% of the current appointment fee.
If you cancel less than 48 hours before the appointment, then client pays 100% of the current appointment fee.
I will supply bank details for transfer of funds in those circumstances, since the client is not present to pay in cash.
